At the heart of the sound of the Blue River Band is the husband and wife duo, Austin and Andree Hurst, known for their vocal blends, tight harmonies, and the warm tones of their guitars, mandolin, and fiddle. Their song selection flows through roots and Americana, winding through country, folk, and bluegrass, touching both past and present. Each performance is a gathering—sometimes just the two of them, sometimes joined by friends on bass, harmonica, dobro, and/or percussion. Together, they create a current of songs—originals and timeless covers—that invite you to drift through time, dance, and reflect on lost and found love.
